About Us

Since 1984  Academy of Gymnastics and Dance has been instructing the Dancers and Cheerleaders of East Texas, to help them reach their highest potentials. Students have become Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders, Houston Texan Cheerleaders, Kilgore Rangerettes,  college cheerleaders and dancers, and much more! Our full service facility trains students in dance, gymnastics and cheerleading while providing team and recreational opportunities. Academy of Gymnastics and Dance is the home of Academy Ballet Company, Academy Cheer Elite, and Academy Dance Elite. Our recreational classes start at 6 months and extend to adult students. At the end of each school year, we celebrate our students' accomplishments with our spring recital. Academy has a place for all skill levels, and we look forward to serving your family!
